The measurement room is equipped with coordinate measuring machine (CMM), tensile testing machine, digital optical projector, salt spray test chamber and other inspection equipments. There covers comprehensive quality inspection for injection molded product, metal product, and sprayed product throughout the entire process. The response time for urgent inspections is less than 30 minutes.

The hardware workshop is equipped with tube shrinking machines, tube bending machines, shearing machines, laser welding machines, punch presses, and other metal processing equipment. These machines work collaboratively to manufacture metal tubes and connectors of swing toys, supporting the processing of materials like stainless steel tubes and iron tubes, with a daily tube processing capacity of 1 ton.
